Fernery

Over the Christmas break I've been doing some gardening and planted the fernery. The plants will grow quite fast and many of them will be large, so in a year or so the fernery should be lush and rainforresty. The plan is to totally enclose the fernery and have finches and small birds as well (we already have some frogs - some of which Mum and Dad are catching for me at their house). It will look so great and is a great feature when looking through the windows inside the house.

I also started on the front gardens, but still have more plants to get before it's finished - one step at a time (so hard to be patient till we can budget to get more plants) - Rome wasn't built in a day :)
